The hourly rate for making changes or other work is $75/hour.
If you have a clealy defined scope of work, we may be able to
give you a fixed price.
We do not charge for the use of the web hosting servers.
Our fees are the same whether you use the servers we provide
or your own servers.

DotNetNuke lets you create pages, change the menus, create different designs,
post announcements, write articles, sell products, register users,
authorize different people to do different things, and much more.
We take care of all the technical aspects of DotNetNuke so
you can focus on the content for your business.
DotNetNuke is enhanced with add-on components.
We purchase these components or write them ourselves
and make them available to you.
Some components may cost extra.
Some components may be available with the Business Website
Management plan, but not the Business Website Support plan.
- Email List Integration
You can use your choice of email list provider,
which we will integrate into your website.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Support
Getting found appropriately is an important element of your
internet marketing. We help you to make sure you are doing
the right things to give you the best chance of success.
- Managing Your Web Hosting Service
Includes finding quality web hosting providers,
making sure they have the correct software and settings,
making sure their servers are fast, reliable and not overloaded,
working with the hosting companies to keep things working properly.
We always have at least two web hosting providers and sometimes
as many as four that we are working with. We are always looking
for the best providers and changing as needed.
- Software Development
You have us available for professional software development
if you need anything like online forms, logon facility, database,
integration with your email or office systems,
interacting with other websites and secure system.
- Expert Consulting
You have us as your expert on retainer, available to you
for questions and consultations on anything that has to do
with your website, the Internet or any of your computer systems.
- Bronze Website Software Framework
This is our custom software framework that runs your website.
This provides the infrastructure on which your website is built
that lets us manage, update and make changes cost effectively.
It has many advanced features, such as supporting multiple
websites on one web hosting account, the ability to rapidly
redeploy your website on another server in case of emergency,
detection of good and bad web crawlers and robots,
enhanced logging to filter out bogus users, and much more.

We provide you with Internet marketing support.
This has become one of our areas of expertise, and we keep

and our backups, as long as we make the updates.

information and passwords, as long as you do not change them.
We keep any other technical information that may be
associated with your account, other websites info,
such as Paypal, database information and whatever is needed.

Web hosting on a shared server.
We do not own the server.
- High Reliability Email
Your email is provided by the best email provider we have
found on the Internet, with email backup so your messages
do not get bounced. Email is critical to businesses. If you
want, we set you up with our special email provider with
backup email servers, so your email is extra reliable.

Notes
- Shared Hosting Environment
Your website is hosted in a shared hosting environment.
Shared hosting web servers typically have many resellers like us,
with hundreds or more websites on each server.
These servers are meant to service websites that
have certain, typical performance needs.
If your website has needs beyond those typical for
a shared hosting environment, we will need to make
other arrangements for you, such as a dedicated or
minimally shared server.
- Resource Usage
If your resource usage exceeds the normal amount for
which we service customers, we may need to make special
arrangements for you.
- DotNetNuke
DotNetNuke is provided in a database shared with other customers.
If you would like your own database, there is an additional fee.
- Email List Service
Email List Service is available in many ways, some free and some for a fee.
The most popular are the free services from Google, Yahoo and Live Groups
and the fee based service from
Constant Contact.com,
with which we are a business partner.

We cannot make any guarantees
as to their being available or to their level of service.
Web hosting, email services, domain name registration, website monitoring
and other services are provided by third parties.
We obtain service from other companies on your behalf.
We work for you, not these other companies.
Outages, problems and security breaches often occur on the Internet

You will not seek to recur damages from us beyond the amount
you have paid us for the service in question.
We are not responsible for any damages that occur to you for loss of
business or other difficulties.
For example, you may have a domain name worth a million dollars.
You are responsbile for making sure that your domain name does not
expire and we recommend you keeping names renewed for years in advance.
We provide an extra check to help you avoid having your name expire,
but we do not guarantee that our extra check will catch domain expirations every time.
